Brickzyy sells digital products. This means our products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Delivery Method

  • All eligible Brickzyy products are delivered digitally.
  • After successful payment confirmation, download access is granted through your Brickzyy account.
  • You may also receive order-related emails confirming your purchase and download availability.

Delivery Time

  • Most digital orders are fulfilled shortly after Stripe confirms successful payment.
  • Delivery may be delayed if payment review, technical issues, or temporary service interruptions occur.

No Physical Shipment

  • Brickzyy does not charge shipping for digital-only orders.
  • No courier, postal shipment, or physical package is sent for downloadable products unless clearly stated on the product page.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Use a valid email address and active Brickzyy account when placing your order.
  • Check your account downloads area after payment is completed.
  • Contact us if you do not receive access within a reasonable time after payment confirmation.
