This Payment Policy explains how payments work for purchases made through Brickzyy.

Accepted Payments

Brickzyy uses Stripe to process online payments. Depending on availability in your region and device, Stripe may accept major debit and credit cards supported on the checkout page.

When Payment Is Taken

  • Payment is collected at the time you complete checkout.
  • Download access is granted after successful payment confirmation.
  • If payment is not completed or is declined, the order will not be fulfilled.

Pricing and Currency

  • Product prices are shown on the website and confirmed during checkout.
  • The store currently operates in USD unless a different currency is clearly shown at checkout.
  • Your bank or card provider may apply exchange-rate or international transaction fees if applicable.

Non-Refundable Digital Purchases

Because Brickzyy products are digital and become accessible after payment, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made where required by law, in cases of duplicate payment, or where a verified technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.

Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

  • Brickzyy may review or restrict access to accounts or downloads where fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or chargeback misuse is suspected.
  • We may keep order and access records to investigate disputed payments.
